Addenis is a born and raised Venezuelan from Barquisimeto. She moved to Georgia a couple years ago and currently resides in Metro Atlanta with her husband and children. She has a degree in Chemical Engineering from Rafael Urdaneta University in Maracaibo, Venezuela. She has a passion for all things process related and customer service. She has worked as a bilingual customer support representative for several years. Her love of helping people makes her a great addition to our intake department. In her spare time she loves to spend time with her two year old twins, going outdoors to enjoy nature, crafting.

She is also a twin herself.
She was a member of the Venezuelan Scouts Association for 15 years.
