Daniece Dyett Kirschbaum

Born in Germany to a military family, Daniece, also known as Dani, grew up in many places. After living in North Carolina for some time, her family finally settled in Athens, Ga.

Dani attended undergrad at Georgia College and State University, where she majored in Criminal Justice. After undergrad, Dani attended Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida. While in law school, she was a member of the Student Bar Association, a volunteer with the Court Appointed Special Advocates for abused and neglected children, and a Student Ambassador.

After graduating from law school, Dani had the opportunity to work in one of the large personal injury law firms in Atlanta. That is where her passion for helping people who were injured by someone else’s negligence grew. Being involved in a serious accident herself in 2008, Dani understands the pain and frustration that many of our personal injury clients go through. This has led her to be a fierce advocate for her clients for the past 8 years.
When she is not working, Dani enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter,  friends, and family, reading, and watching her favorite teams: the Georgia Bulldogs, the Atlanta Falcons, the San Antonio Spurs, and the New York Yankees.
