Michael Denney is a seasoned litigation attorney with experience handling all aspects of personal injury cases from inception through trial.  His practice areas primarily include personal injury claims involving automobile and trucking collisions, slip-and-fall cases, and cases representing victims of crime, with a focus on claims involving serious injury and wrongful death.

Before joining Atlanta Personal Injury Law Group, Michael worked for a decade as a defense attorney representing some of the nation’s largest corporations and insurance companies in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases.  He was a partner in one of the nation’s largest litigation firms, and gained invaluable experience in all areas of personal injury litigation, including the representation of hundreds of cases involving international trucking companies, national ride-share companies, agricultural equipment manufacturers, commercial real estate developers, national grocery stores, and numerous international restaurant and hotel chains.
