Bilingual Intake/New Client Coordinator

Our law office is searching for a full-time legal intake specialist to help us succeed! You’ll serve as the compassionate voice of our law firm, fielding inbound calls from prospective clients in their time of need, screening and surveying for potential cases, and helping our lawyers manage their meetings. Responsibilities

  • Taking all Potential New Client (PNC) calls as soon as possible
  • Getting all important data at first contact with PNCs
  • Contacting the Attorneys about whether we can accept a PNC’s case or not in a timely manner
  • Scheduling and dispatching Investigators as needed
  • Following up with PNCs to help them sign up for our services
  • Retrieve police reports and scene/injury photos
  • Send all appropriate documentation needed for New Client onboarding
  • Supervise new client onboarding and current client files through data entry and paperwork collection to ensure our cases are managed efficiently
  • Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed, including transcription, research, spreadsheet management, and email writing to ensure operational efficiency
  • Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers’ schedules organized and grow our caseload
  • Work with marketing to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms in order to help bring in new cases
  • Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard

Qualifications

  • Available to be on call and work on weekends, evenings, and holidays on a rotating basis
  • Bilingual (Spanish Speaking a plus)
  • Previous legal experience a plus
  • Sales or customer service experience highly valued
  • Full familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel proficiency
  • Firm knowledge of spreadsheet and data management, as well as computer skills
  • Familiarity with case management and CRM systems a bonus

Compensation

$40,000 - $50,000 yearly
